Alchemist Japan 第3期プログラム（AJ Class 3）の主な特徴

• グローバル標準の投資型プログラム：優れた技術力を持つB2Bスタートアップを対象としたエクイティ方式を採用。日本を始めとした、アジア、そして世界中の精鋭チームを募集します。
• 徹底した実践型カリキュラム：ベイエリアから召喚されるトップクラスのコーチ陣によるメンタリングを通じて、顧客開拓、ビジネスモデル構築、VC向けピッチを習熟。独自SNS「Vault」によるグローバルネットワークへのアクセスも提供します。
• サンフランシスコ現地でのプログラムに参加：アルケミストジャパンが提供するプログラムの卒業生は、サンフランシスコでの2週間の現地準備プログラムを経て、アルケミストのサンフランシスコでの約6か月間のフラグシッププログラム（オンライン・対面式のハイブリッド開催）に参加が可能です。
• 実践的な「エンタープライズ・セールス・プレイブック」の習得：プログラムでは起業家チームに対し、米国市場への参入と大手企業からのトラクション獲得を可能にする実践的な「エンタープライズ・セールス・プレイブック」を提供します。参加起業家はSaaS/AIトラック、Deep Techトラックに分かれて6か月のプログラムに参加し、グローバル市場でのトラクション獲得、米国でのデモデー、国際的なVCからの資金調達を目指します。
• 米国デモデーへの参加：2012年の設立以来、Alchemist Acceleratorの卒業スタートアップは、Demo Day後に累計60億ドル超の資金調達を達成しています。出資陣には、Accel、Andreessen Horowitz（a16z）、Bessemer Venture Partners、Felicis Ventures、Floodgate、Forerunner Ventures、General Catalyst、Polaris Partners、Khosla Ventures、Redpoint Ventures、Sequoiaなど、シリコンバレーを代表する世界トップクラスのベンチャーキャピタルが名を連ねています。Alchemistが提供するDemo Dayプラットフォームは、有望なスタートアップと世界有数の投資家を直接結びつける場として高く評価されています。直近のClass 41においても、Demo Day開催以前から8社がすでに総額1,400万ドルの資金調達を完了しており、グローバル投資家からの期待の高さを示しています。Class 41のDemo Day（オンライン形式）は2026年5月27日より配信を開始。現在、多数のスタートアップがVCとの個別面談を進めており、次世代グローバル企業の誕生に向けた動きが加速しています。

[Accelerating B2B Startups Toward Global Growth] Alchemist Japan Opens Applications for Class 3 — Information Session in Tokyo on June 25

Alchemist Accelerator, LLC (CEO: Ian Bergman, headquartered in California, USA; hereinafter "Alchemist") and Alchemist Japan LLC (Managing Director: Ryoko Manabe, headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the third cohort of the Japan Program (AJ Class 3), building on the success of Classes 1 and 2 launched in 2024. In conjunction with this announcement, an information session will be held in Tokyo on June 25, 2026

Alchemist Japan Class 3 (AJ Class 3) Program Overview

Key Features of AJ Class 3:    

• Equity-Based Global Program: Targeting high-tech B2B startups using an equity investment model. Applications are open to founders from Japan, across Asia, and around the world.
• Intensive, Practice-Oriented Curriculum: Mentorship from experiences coaches brought in from the Bay Area, covering customer development, business model design, and VC pitching. Access to the global network via Alchemist’s proprietary platform “Vault” is also included.
• On-Site Program in San Francisco: Graduates of the Alchemist Japan program are eligible to participate in a two-week on-site preparation program in San Francisco, followed by Alchemist’s flagship ~6-month program (hybrid online/in-person format).
• Enterprise Sales Playbook: The program equips founding teams with a “Enterprise Sales Playbook” designed to support U.S. market entry and traction with major enterprises. Participants join either the SaaS/AI track or the Deep Tech track for about 6-month program aimed at securing global traction, participating in a U.S. Demo Day, and raising capital from international VCs.
• U.S. Demo Day Participation: Since its founding in 2012, Alchemist Accelerator’s graduate startups have raised a cumulative total of over $6 billion following their Demo Days. The investor roster includes world-class VCs such as Accel, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Bessemer Venture Partners, Felicis Ventures, Floodgate, Forerunner Ventures, General Catalyst, Polaris Partners, Khosla Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, and Sequoia. In Class 41, eight startups secured a combined $14 million ahead of Demo Day, with VC meetings now actively underway following the online Demo Day launch on May 27, 2026.
